This was recommended by my doctor, due blood results showing deficiencies (after a very bad case of Corona); despite eating home cooked healthy meals. Although the package insert indicates that it takes months to get results, I found after the first box that my nails were no longer short, thin and breaking, and I had overall better energy, concentration and mood. I will continue to use this multivitamin, as I am getting older and my body needs the support.
